Privacy

Your data, only what is needed.

Controller: Bluenze, a digital studio based in Barcelona. Contact: team@bluenze.com.

What we collect: what you type into the forms: the review booking (your name, your email, your website address and your investment range), the quote briefing and the Core waiting list. Nothing else. We neither sell your data nor hand it to anyone for advertising.

What for: to reply to you. The contact email is sent to our inbox through Postmark (a transactional email provider) and is not used for anything else or shared.

Bookings: the calendar on the review page is served by Cal.com, who receive your details to create the appointment, send you the invite and notify us. It loads when the page opens. If you would rather not load it, write to us and we will fix the date by email.

WhatsApp: the site has a few buttons that open a WhatsApp conversation with the studio number, some of them with the message already written. The message is not sent for you: it opens in your WhatsApp and you send it, or you delete it. From there the conversation happens inside WhatsApp, which belongs to Meta and runs under its terms; we keep the chat for as long as the matter lasts and delete it if you ask. We never message you first on that number: we only reply.

Analytics: we measure visits to bluenze.com and to the blog so we know which pages and which articles are worth anything. Ahrefs Web Analytics counts them all the time, because it uses no cookies and identifies no one. The other two tools only load if you accept them in the cookie notice: Google Analytics 4, which uses first-party cookies to tell a returning visit from a new one — with ad personalisation and Google signals switched off — and Microsoft Clarity, which draws heatmaps and records how the mouse and the scroll move across the page so we can see where people get stuck. Clarity's recording runs in strict mode: whatever you type into any form is replaced by blocks before it leaves your browser, so your name, your email, your phone and your message are never recorded. None of the three knows who you are, and none of them follows you around other sites.

Cookies: if you accept statistics, Google Analytics stores two cookies, _ga and _ga_841WRQ8BPD, for two years. If you accept heatmaps, Clarity stores _clck for one year and _clsk for one day, and Microsoft may set its own on its own domain. If you reject, neither of them loads. We keep your choice in your browser for twelve months, without a cookie, and after that we ask again. You can change it whenever you like from the “Cookies” link in the footer or right here: .

How long: as long as the conversation lasts. You can ask us to delete your data whenever you like by writing to team@bluenze.com.

Your rights: access, rectification, erasure and objection under the GDPR. One email and it is done.
