The design comes from both of us, the code is Alex's. You talk to whoever is building it, always.
Bluenze costs more than the Spanish market average because the site isn't built by one all-rounder: a software engineer writes the code and a brand designer signs the identity. A corporate site costs €3,500 – €5,500 against the €800 of a template, and in exchange the code is written from scratch, with no third-party plugins, and it is yours to keep.
