What's included

What one of our quotes has inside.

  • 01

One figure, not an open bracket

Design, code, launch and measurement, with the scope written next to it. No "to be defined" lines that show up halfway through.

  • 02

Closed price and dates in writing

After the call. The number only moves if you move the brief, and then we say so upfront, never at the end.

  • 03

    Two rounds of changes included

The third one is charged and flagged. It is the line a cheap quote keeps quietest about.

  • 04

The code and the domain in your name

From day one. If you leave tomorrow, you take it with you and anyone can pick it up.

WhatRange
Landing or single page€1,400 – 1,900
Corporate site · up to 6 sections€3,500 – 5,500
Corporate site+ · up to 12 sections and a blog€5,500 – 8,500
Online store€6,000 – 12,000

No project goes below €1,200. What moves the number: connecting to another system (€400 to 800 each), more than two people deciding (+20 %) and urgency (+25 %). Standard timeline is four to eight weeks.

Let's do the division

The question isn't what it costs. It's how many clients pay for it.

A €3,500 website, divided by what one new client leaves you. No slider, no small print: find your row.

If a new client leaves you on averageThe site pays for itself with
€30012 clients
€6006 clients
€1,2003 clients
€2,5002 clients

From the next one on, you win. That is what a quote never shows: it shows the spend and stays quiet about the division.

Not theory. Navarrete Abogados got 7 new clients in their first 2 months, and the whole site paid for itself in 7 months. From month eight, everything that comes in is theirs.

And there is a figure no quote contains: the people who landed on your site, did not understand what you do and went to the next one. They don't write to tell you, and every month you leave it, that count keeps running.

This is a division, not a promise: we do not know how many clients you will get and we are not going to pretend otherwise. What we do know is the other side of the sum — we build 3 websites at a time and take 4 to 8 weeks from the day we start.

How to ask for it

Your quote, in four steps.

  1. 01Tell us. The five-minute form, or half an hour on the phone if you prefer.
  2. 02The range comes out in that half hour. If we are not a fit, you know it there and spend no more time.
  3. 03The quote, in writing: scope, timeline, closed price and what is not included.
  4. 04If you say yes, we start with a date. If you say no, you keep the review we did for you.

In detail

Why two quotes for the same website can be three thousand euros apart.

A quote is not a price, it is a scope

Two studios can look at the same website and quote you €900 and €4,200, and both can be honest. What changes is not the margin: it is what they put inside. The cheap one usually means a bought template, your copy exactly as you send it, four pages and no measurement. The other one means a design that exists nowhere else, code written for it, and someone who answers when something breaks on a Tuesday afternoon.

So the first thing to read in a quote is not the number, it is the list of what is included. Without that list the number means nothing — and the difference shows up later, as "that wasn't included".

What moves the number, said before it moves

Three things push a quote up and all three are known in the first call. Connecting the site to a system you already use — invoicing, bookings, stock — is €400 to 800 each. More than two people deciding adds 20 %, and it is not a whim: every round of changes gets multiplied by the number of opinions. And urgency costs 25 %, because starting sooner means moving someone who already had a date.

There is a fourth one that is not optional: if there is no brand, or the one there does not hold up, it gets done first. A good website on top of a weak identity sells the weak identity. Alongside a web project, visual identity is €700 and the full brand €1,500, which is less than separately.

What is not included, said here and not at the end

Advertising and the money spent on it are not included, nor photography by a photographer, nor licences for third-party software you want to use, nor monthly maintenance, which is contracted separately and can be skipped. Domain and hosting go in your name and are discussed upfront too: they are the costs that keep running once the site is live.

And what we do not know is not included either. If the project depends on data another company has to give you, we cannot close that for you. What we do is tell you before you sign, while it can still be decided.

When a cheap quote turns out expensive

The sum on a cheap website does not close the day you pay it. A €900 site that fails to explain what you do costs €900 plus every client who landed, understood nothing and went to the next one — and those never show up on an invoice because they never wrote to you. If one client is worth €600 to you and that site loses you one a month, in a year it has eaten four times what the good one cost.

And there is a second invoice: redoing it. A template lasts two or three years, and redoing it means paying again for design, copy and the move, with the added catch that dropping the old URLs means starting from zero in Google. Paying twice for the cheap version costs more than paying once for the one you would not have to redo.

All three columns exist and all three are real options. If what you need is a business card that does not have to bring anyone in, the first one is the right choice and we will say so. We don't compete with that.

What we get asked

Before you ask.

What does a website cost in Spain?
A one-page landing, €1,400 to 1,900. A corporate site, €3,500 to 5,500, and up to €8,500 with a blog and twelve sections. A store, €6,000 to 12,000. VAT excluded, and these are ranges: yours closes once the scope is on the table.
Can I get a quote without talking to you?
The range, yes, from what you tell us in the form. The closed number comes out of a half-hour call: until we know what the site has to do, that is not a quote, it is a made-up figure.
I've been quoted €800.
Those exist, and for €800 you get a template with your logo on it that another three hundred companies are using. If €800 is your budget, that's the right option and we'll say so. We don't compete with that.
Are the domain and hosting included?
They go in your name and are discussed before you sign. They are the two costs that keep running once the site is live, and on a template site the yearly licences and plugins get added on top.
How long does it take?
Four to eight weeks, depending on size. Below four it is a rush and costs 25 % more, because it means moving someone who already had a date.
What if I don't like what comes out?
You see the mockup before we write a line of code: if the direction is wrong, it changes there, which is where it is cheap. And two rounds of changes on the working site are inside the price.
Can I start with something smaller?
Yes, and it is what we will recommend if a website is not the right move today: your Google profile, managed by us, with no lock-in. Once it has paid for itself, we talk about the site. The whole ladder is on the services page.
I already have a site and just want it redone. Is it cheaper?
Somewhat, but less than you would think: the big work is the same. What does change is that we have to look at which pages are bringing you visits today so they are not lost, keep the URLs that already rank and redirect whatever changes. A new site that throws away the old URLs starts from zero in Google, and that shows for months.
What about maintenance? Is it compulsory?
No. It is contracted separately and can be skipped: the site is yours and works without us. If you want it, it runs from €50/mo (backups and an hour of changes per quarter) to €350/mo (24-hour response, five hours a month and monthly SEO). It is broken down on the services page.
Do you work outside Barcelona?
Yes. Almost all the work is remote and the sites we have published are from different places. If we need to meet, we meet.

Shall we send you yours?

Half an hour, free. You leave with the range, the timeline and where we would start. If the honest answer is not to hire us, we say that too.
