The signature, by hand
“Nekane”, then “Jaca”
On load, her name writes itself in the stroke of her signature and melts into the page. Two and a half seconds, not one more.

What we did
Their palette
Nekane Jaca translates and writes for fashion, film and culture: Spanish–English editorial translation, press office, brand narrative and content strategy. And her portfolio had to show exactly what she sells: a good eye for words and for images.
She designed it and Alex built it. Every piece appears the way it would in its own medium, in its own typeface, and every translation links to its original so you can compare them yourself.

Clips, marker and contact sheets
The homepage is laid out like a notebook: contact sheets with clips, marker notes and the “Aquí hay más” card, with the red circles that take you to her CV and her LinkedIn.

03
Each piece, as in its medium
Nanum Myeongjo for the Vogue translation, Crimson Text for the press releases and Old Standard TT for MATERIA. Everything else in Times New Roman.

04
A pocket magazine
The collage and the index reorder to read top to bottom, without losing the notebook feel.

Heads-up: load times are for the homepage, measured on desktop on 14 October 2026 with no network throttling. A rough guide, not a Lighthouse score.
Half an hour, free, with the people who'd build it. And no “we'll get back to you” at the end.
